    If you’re 22-45; SF is a fun place to live, everything is either an Uber ride or bus ride away and lots of singles around. Now buying a place? That’s ridiculous. And weather? Very temperate but FOG!!!

    Japanese pod hotels have been around for decades.

    Be better for all concerned if some of the young tech geniuses in Northern California weren't such NIMBYs about multi-unit housing.
