In all diversionary adjudications the charges are dropped. He paid $10,000 fine which is more than adequate restitution if the investigation had not been so overblown because of the convergence of overly "wokeness" with celebrity. Would you want your tax money spent on supervising him on probation? He's not a real criminal (didn't hurt/steal), he is a hoaxer whose reputation is permanently destroyed. I would agree that there should have been a overt admission of guilt especially since he is still lying about being innocent.

An overt admission of guilt would be good with me. I'd give up jail time and probation for an admission of guilt and a plea to some sort of charge.

This will allow Fatfuck to drag the whole Jussie case back up at his Nuremberg rallies, so he can remind everybody the threat America faces from shifty devious neegros.

Maybe. That doesn’t mean Smollet is innocent.

Nah, getting away with it stokes the Trump Klan meetings, getting charged makes the issue weak for their bloodlust

Maybe FNC will pause their 24/7 coverage of January 6th to mention this.
