    I mean, you could have reduced the Starr investigation to a similar structure, but the stuff that did the most political damage to Clinton wasn't the verdict on perjury. Given all of the indictments and farmed-out investigations and Trump's persistent screeching of bloody murder, it defies common sense to think that Mueller's report is unlikely to include a considerable amount of information that POTUS should be eager to squelch. Sure, it's a mistake to assume that Mueller has been operating with some sort of self-instilled motive that goes beyond the answering of legal questions. But his narrative of his investigation is very relevant, given all of the actions it has generated.

    Of course it helps him, but no, it is not even close to total exoneration. Even the letter from his own guy states as much very clearly.

    Again, not accurate. It's not saying he didn't collude. It's saying they don't have evidence of collusion. Those are not the same thing.
