Seems like there's a pretty consensus top 5-8 and bottom 5-8, like any of these debates, and the rest are somewhere in between
Top five, in no particular order: Washington, Lincoln, FDR, Jefferson, Teddy Roosevelt
Bottom five: Buchanan, Andrew Johnson, Hoover, Harding, Nixon

I think we're just now at a point where it's fair to evaluate W's legacy. Hell, some of the people who called him the vilest of names in 2007 were saying nice things about him a few months ago when he was offering candy to Michelle Obama. I think he'll be ranked far differently in 2019 and 2029 than he was in 2009. Not one of the best, but more toward the middle than a lot of people put him right after he left office.
It's way too soon for Obama, whose initial ranking in the top 10 was absurd. He probably deserves to be somewhere toward the middle, but we'll see in a few years how well he holds up. Having Trump follow him will help.
And Trump? We'll have to see. Again, way too early. He's obviously got problems, to put it mildly, but he's also set some long-term things in motion (trade policy, deregulation, border security) that will take a while to determine whether they were ultimately good or bad. Some of the things he's getting ripped for in the moment might turn out to be his greatest accomplishments. Maybe his ceiling will always be the mid-30s, or maybe some of the stuff he's doing pays off in the end and he moves up the list a good bit.
