    I know the july-early august period is the official dead zone of the sports calendar - but this part of the year is just as bad, just a bit shorter.

    Not to cross-thread, but when the baseball free agency logjam breaks, a lot of the news that usually happens in November and December will happen in February and March, which need it.

    Costas shit on the product he earned a paycheck for so many times, the NFL finally told NBC to dump him.
