    The ad doesn’t have much to do with catering to men. It’s a social statement from Gillette.

    Doesn't take that many people to get noticed if they're loud enough in the right places. And as for the sudden surge in Dollar Shave Club sales....

    The rise of social media means there is always a market for the "anti/opposed" side if you want to make a complete jackass out of yourself. The gillette ad goes viral, morning shows and other talkfests make it a topic and figure they need "both sides" to make even the most harmless thing contentious. Michelle Malkin, Coulter and the various people people Fox books to make liberals look stupid on issues no liberal has a problem with.
