    From Charles Apple ...

“This is making the rounds today. Was allegedly from the Jamestown, N.Y., Post-Journal. Just so you know: As unbelievable as it seems, this error appears to be authentic.”

“The paper ran a correction today regarding the headline.”

It's possible the headline MIGHT be accurate, at least.

I could just picture the correction being the following......

"A headline on page D-4 in Saturday's Post-Journal should have read "Julia Roberts Finds Life And Her Rolls Get Better With Age."

I'm going to Hell for laughing at this. (And I kind of like Mrs. Moder.)

Would be better if it was a column. I know from experience!

Why would this be disturbing for her? If her holes are getting better that is lovely news for her *and* her romantic partners, respectively.

The cornerstone defense for libel is proving the item was true, right? Proving this one way or the other would be mighty interesting.

    Well, some here should volunteer.

But the test doesn’t age well.

Because if you’re not first, you’re sloppy .......

While this error about Mrs. Roberts is somewhat amusing, there will never be a greater fuckup than the infamous "Dixon sucks donkey dicks" from the Gallatin News Examiner in 1997 ...

I read this every six months or so just to remind myself how fortunate I have been and how unfortunate "Dixon" and Nick DeLeonibus once were.
