Is everyone in the South obese?

The north part of Florida is most certainly southern "culturally." It's one of the most redneck places I've ever been.

 

Florida "crosses the border" (pun intended) at the point where its warm weather is a positive factor.

Pretty easy to go out and exercise in January when it's 78 degrees. In Atlanta there are ice storms.

 

That special kind of white that's uh, supreme -ish -ist, something like that.

Shhhh. Gotta keep sweet, like the liquid diabetes they call "tea" down here.
