    Guys, we’ve been over this.

The SDNY is an office of federal prosecutors.

Trump could certainly issue a pardon for any conviction or plea that they secure.

If Jared's not involved in collusion, there was no collusion.

There is one person who could give Jared a clearance regardless of his legal status -- his father-in-law. The Times story quotes administration officials saying that's not what happened, but I regard those statements as "maybe facts, maybe not." But it is true Kushner has been interviewed by Mueller's staff for many hours and that he has an excellent criminal defense attorney representing him -- unlike his father-in-law. He might well be in the clear. Were I Trump, and if I HADN'T given Jared that clearance, I'd be wondering just what he did to get clear.

Will Trump man up on this or will he just ask for more investment in his SE Asian real estate deal?

    Can't you read?

IF a state prosecutes, then there is no pardon.

There’s no indication that Cohen is under investigation by the New York Attorney General, who got the tax evasion plea from the Taxi King.

Cohen is under investigation by the SDNY.

Keep on believing that, if indeed in your heart of hearts you do. Whatever gets you through the night.

That is yet another in a long line of false premises with which you have littered this thread.
