    Imminent threats of breaching the peace and fighting words aren't protected speech here, either.

    If the Merseyside cops are monitoring social media for threats against the hospital or its staff, that's not really a free speech thing.

    I'm sure AG Conservative raised the same Constitutional objection when cops were monitoring all those social media feeds in Baltimore and Ferguson, too.

    Because law enforcement in this country don't monitor social media for threats.

    In the context of what is happening in the UK as of late, the approach to speech is indeed an embarrassment.

    If there were more journalists around here, it might be concerning.
