I swear this same thing happened to me when I hooked a drive into a nesting area about 10 years ago and went to recover my ball.

I started swinging my 3-wood at it, but it was undeterred. It buzzed me close enough to knock me over before going back to the nest.

I hadn’t watched the animation before posting. Cringeworthy, but interesting how they pulled this off.

 

First day back, and that news flies across my desk and makes me tempt fate.
