    Before I can judge the guy’s actions, I’ll need clarification on the character of the neighborhood in which the Holocaust Museum resides. Further, we’ll need to go over the specs of said museum to make sure there’s no implicit bias suggesting of the values of a white space.

    Definitely an over reaction. They were asked multiple times if they wanted anything, they were there for a couple of hours. One of them asked to use the bathroom and they were denied, since they were not technically customers. Same thing happened to a cop who asked to use the restroom and was denied, and nobody cared. This is idiotic, but is becoming more and more common place in America.
