Both of which require a body. How are you going to prove she miscarried instead of aborted?

How does the prosecution prove that any death is not a murder?

    Only among millions of anti-aborts.

It's not the prosecution's job to prove deaths are not murders. It's their job to prove deaths are murders.

Hey, it's not my idea to prosecute women who abort. It's radical anti-abortionists and the president. I'm just asking how they plan on going about it.

Just like with anti-abortionists who tout adoption as the alternative to abortion. I ask them to imagine that they got their wish and abortion was banned, and to come up with a practical and tangible plan for the 900,000 additional kids per year who would need adoptive homes. It drives them nuts because I'm asking them to go beyond their catchphrase and actually think.

Yes, I’m sure you have them tied up in knots. All that fact-based nuance ...

Hey, you're perfectly welcome to come up some practical ideas. Go ahead.

Ain't a winning argument to be had on this front on either side. At best snark or outrage.

    Saw that.

    Yes.

What chance does a conservative voice have if the only platform left is the Wall Street Journal?
