Does that apply to Paula Deen too or just sexual harassers?

Not for nothing, it's part of the reason that people here get pissy with you and I sometimes. For DD's sake, I will concede that our motivations differ. But the reaction here when I demand a better verb than "reveals," for example, in the Reese Witherspoon coverage is, "Stop parsing!" People say it's pedantic. But some people are just naturally persnicketty.

    Oh yeah. I know.

Which is why it would have been bigger news if it had been him.

Actually never heard of him until you mentioned him yesterday. Must be one of those fancy chefs whose food deserves mockery!

Is that cooking show Batali co-hosts on ABC live or taped?

Colicchio is the head judge on Bravo’s Top Chef, so he’s in a position to have a lot of influence on the careers of promising young chefs. He also owns multiple highly rated, high end restaurants in NYC, and is a big time liberal, and supporter of Democratic candidates.

He comes across as a bit of a hard ass, and a perfectionist.

Hopefully he’s a good guy. Kind of hate that I speculated.

Bourdain has been a guest on the show multiple times, so I assume they are close.

That makes sense. Never got into Top Chef. Out of the loop on those personalities.

I love Colicchio, and he has always come off as a genuinely good person.

Which, of course, probably means he's next.

I'm a Top Chef fan, but I can't remember if Batali has ever been a guest judge on there or not.
