I’m not sure why you’re looking to defend her here. It’s a staggeringly offensive “statement.” The only reasonable quasi-rationalization is the one people have used here: “Lena Dunham is a spoiled twit and no one should care what she has to say about anything.”

 

I usually don’t post on the weekends. But when I saw this story elsewhere, I had one of those “oh I gotta see how the board is reacting to this” moments.

Was not disappointed.

I have not said one word for or against, I am asking for a detailed answer -not from you but I would welcome that-- to why the letter is so bad. YF made that statement, first page of the thread. Please look again at that. He is now doing his usual hiding or dodging. If you would please look at the first posts of this thread. You all know he does this all the time. Because you agree with him does not make it any different.
