And we go to extras, with each team having 12 runs, 13 hits and one error.

    Seems appropriate.

FOX has been doing for a few years with NASCAR. Moving it into MLB, one of the big four sports, makes one think it could become more widespread.

It's crazy how all night the line score has looked even.

I'm torn between bed and staying up.

I have Buck and Smoltz on the TV in the living room. I have Steiner and Monday on Dodgers radio in the bedroom (thank you SiriusXM).

This is nuts and amazing to watch.

This game has been all about answering adversity. I daresay that if the Astros win, it will feel unfulfilling because the Dodgers won't get a chance to "answer." I know that makes little sense, but I feel like a Dodgers win will somehow be more satisfying.

Boy, McCann's backup has to be relieved at that.

Believe it or not, the power just flickered off briefly, but is back on, except for my cable, which takes forever to reboot.

    Am I missing anything?

Never should have taken Kershaw out.

Craziest WS game I've seen since Game 4 of the 1993 edition.

Houston seemed to put itself in a decent pitching situation for the final two games. Verlander going Tuesday and with Keuchel only throwing 86 pitches, he could probably be available for relief Wednesday if necessary, which means Hinch could use McCullers, Keuchel and Morton as his Game 7 staff and not even bother with the bullpen.

Or Verlander could just lights out Tuesday and end the thing.

Not sure I'd see putting Keuchel back into this series as an advantage.
