The worst was when CBS had the tennis US Open. They didn't show stars watching, they showed network executives. Talk about ass-kissing.

I think what goalmouth was trying to say here is that no AL team won a World Series without Reggie on the team during the span (1971-1982). In the years he wasn't in the Series, the AL team lost.
