Golden State going for third crown in four years.

Cleveland not only trying to win the crown back, but going for its second in three years.

Both facing stronger competition in their divisions in Houston and Boston, respectively, which - just by coincidence, I'm sure - are this season's opening night matchups.

After a summer of delirious and not entirely misguided optimism among Celtics fans following the Irving acquisition, owner Wyc Grousbeck gave a strange interview yesterday in which he stated "we are not contenders." Unclear if he just meant "we're not as good as the Warriors." Even the most deliriously optimistic fans know that.

This is the most excited I've been for the start of a Sixers season in a long time.

Steve Kerr has been fairly outspoken too, no?

It's going to be magical for the three total minutes they're all healthy.

Yup, that's fair, we can add him. At this rate, we'd be able to field a starting five in about two years.

    Yeah, but more diplomatically.

Popovich has no concern for diplomatically, he's just been downright aggressively attacking Trump in the meanest terms possible.

Wonder how those red-state Texan Spurs fans are taking it.

I'm guessing Popovich could take a shit on the Alamo and Spurs fans would be cool with it.
