Tebow saves ... baseball?

The way the Mets' season is imploding, they will manufacture a way for him to be a September callup.

 

I do not doubt it for a minute.

They'll trade away Bruce and Granderson for some minor leaguers, and Cespedes will get hurt again, then the Mets will claim they need some roster fillers from the minors. Touchdown Timmy fits the bill.

I just want him to make it one step higher so he can be a Binghamton Rumble Pony.

 

What intangible would that be? Getting the guys to go to bible study instead of Scores?

 

Small sample size BUT since the promotion:

.327 (15-for-47) with a .410 on base, two doubles, three homers, 10 RBI, 6 walks, 9 strikeouts in 15 games

 

Double-A is where the miracle will end for Tebow. That's the level that weeds out the jokers.

 

Or he might be ... legit.
