I keep forgetting. Did we like him before we hated him, or did we hate him before we liked him?

    That about sums it up.

SJ style: Dictators get RIPs, Republicans don't.

    Did Noriega approve of abortions?

I originally had "Manuel Noriega is dead." Then I looked up a bio of him to refresh my memory. It looked like he had possibly made peace with the United States over the last few years? Or even apologized for his past?

I had to make a quick call.

(In fairness, SJ.com is not a leviathon. I would have gone with "RIP Roger Ailes.")

Has anyone other than Ailes not received the RIP tag? I'm genuinely interested.

Nope. Abortion is banned in Panama except for cases of rape or incest or if the woman's life is in danger, a penal code was set up in 1982 to give prison sentences to both women and doctors if an abortion is performed.

He is the only Republican I can think of that didn't get one, but in QY's world of bullshit and butthurt, that is a blanket statement about all Republicans.

Could be worse. They could be given death sentences like all those inconvenient babies in the United States.
