Krakauer is a hell of a writer. That book is awesome.

 

Much better than his love letter to Pat Tillman in "Where Men Win Glory" but not as good as "Into the Wild."

 

Significantly better than ITW, which I enjoyed. WMWG was meh.

 

Great in some parts, and off base in others.

It's a different world in those communities. "Sister Wives" has tried to "normalize" polygamy by glossing over a lot of the history of that fundamentalist group.
