Ariana Grande couldn't handle criticism after she licked doughnuts in a display at a store. Don't know how she's going to come out OK after this.

Making a joke in a newsroom is one thing. Making one in a public forum is another entirely. He deserves every byte of blowback he's getting, and then some.

Gotta agree with Gator. I can't stand to watch these competitions over who can be the most morally outraged over a tragedy and who they can shame about it.

    Nobody's impressed.

Isn't she, like, 18? Seems like a lot to ask a teen idol to shoulder.

I totally agree. She will be 24 next month.

In all seriousness, I think a lot of kids at that concert are going to need some PTSD therapy. In the NYT story, one mom said her 14-year-old daughter hadn't spoken more than two words since the explosion.

No doubt. Plenty of grown adults wouldn't be OK after this. To think a kid would ...

You don't see the difference between the guy dying watching porn and this?

You made a tasteless joke only an hour or two after the explosion. This isn't some guy dying due to distracted driving. This is a terrorist attack that we already knew had killed at least 19 people and injured many more. (The initial report was 19. I know it is more now.)

You don't like taking a little shit for it? Too bad.

Yea, but the other 847 number is a NW suburban Chicago number, so maybe's he actually a Cubs fan.

Why must we always jump to conclusions on these threads?

UK raised the threat level to critical - which means intel suggests another attack might be happening soon.
