    Someday I really ought to revisit all those comedies that were staples of 80s HBO (and that my parents inexplicably let me watch) to catch up on the jokes that went over my young head.

    I'm pretty sure Moore also has the rare distinction of being the only Bond actor who never bitched about the role.

    I'd take the white Lotus Esprit that converts into a submarine and shoots missiles underwater, personally.

    I think a lot of the anti-Moore feelings out there stem from the fact that the scripts took a more camp turn when he took over, and he certainly played the character that way. I like camp, but I get that it's not for everyone.
