Working Retail During the Holidays. A double IPA from Troon Brewing in Hopewell NJ. Troon just opened a month ago and is on a farm in Hopewell NJ, kind of similar to Treehouse Brewery. Very cool place and real nice guy who makes good beer. Have to mention Founders Baltic Porter since I had that earlier today. That also was very good and hope to see it in bottles. Anyone in Mich. is it bottled there?

Just finished up a Transient Dry-Hopped Salarium (gose). Very nice as are most Transient beers.

BTW the bar crawl was NOT as expected but still a helluva time. We stopped at four old-ass historic dive bars, all in the 'hood and opened 100+ years ago (in continuous operation since in one form or another). Lots of cheap beers and well drinks, was a great crowd and lots of fun.

Two fingers of Laphroaig, neat. Not a beginner Scotch, by any means, but great when you need an assertive drink.

2015 Abraxas Perrenial Artisian Ales. Very good, although not as good as Westbrook Mexican Cake.

Gerst beer. The pride of all two blocks of Nashville's Germantown!

Although I'll be on the wagon for the next 10 to 12 months, I'm considering signing up for Tavour when I can enjoy beers again.
It's an online beer concierge based out of Seattle. Is anybody using it?
Should I take this question to the beer thread?

Wife nearing delivery date and then we'll be in newborn phase again.
    Gotta keep my wits.
