More ridiculous Trumpista spin: Obama on campaign trail, bad. Trump dropping off campaign trail to open hotel, good!

One more thing that's very weird about this election. Nate Silver has spent the last week on Twitter and at fivethirtyeight talking about how uncertain he is about the polls and discussing the possibility all of them are wrong, and that's why his model shows Trump with a better chance of winning than the models of Sam Wang, NYT Upshot, etc. It's as if Bill James was to write an article saying "forget the advanced stats. The eye test says Derek Jeter is a good defensive shortstop."

Are the young uninsured the same folks the Tea Party and their ilk didn't want Obama forcing into buying insurance in the first place? I'm confused.

Not right away. It would take a few months for the banks to foreclose.

I look forward to the day there's only one SCOTUS justice.

Voted absentee today. Will watch the rest of the campaign, but my voice has been heard. Always satisfying to exercise the most basic of American rights.

All that does is make me unconcerned about nuking the filibuster and ramming through hyper-liberal judges with 50+Kaine. We can make private property a thing of the past by appealing to U.N. precedent.

Good lord. If you lose the White House and the Senate, the people have spoken. Get to work and do your job.

The day the Dems take control of the Senate (50+1), the following will occur:

    1) The filibuster will be completely eliminated on all judicial appointments.

    2) Garland will withdraw his nomination.

    3) Breyer and Ginsburg will resign effective immediately.

    4) BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA will nominate three 29-year-old, vibrantly healthy, militant wildly radical lesbian transexual Hindu Mooslim Neegro justices to be confirmed immediately, instantly, on the spot, voice vote, no hearings, no debates, no nothing, bang bang and have fun the next 60 years (by 2075 the normal working life span for rich government officials should be 90).

    5) All other of Obama's pending judicial appointments will be approved in similar bam bam fashion. Bam bam bam bam bam.

    6) All other Dem judgeship appointees in the federal court system over age 60 will tender their immediate resignations, to be replaced by suitably radical candidates under age 35, all to be confirmed instantaneously on a bam-bam no-debate voice vote. Don't like it GOPers? Go piss down the Capitol steps.

Should please the traditionalists. Wasn't there just one Supreme Court justice when the Constitution was drafted?

Mailed mine in over the weekend. Pass the popcorn and the booze for the duration.
