Not only will he sue, he'll use campaign and RNC funds to pay for his lawyers. He's also making money on the sale of merchandise on his campaign website. I expect him to bill the RNC for all his expenses for years.

You can take this one to the bank: if Trump takes the GOP down to the Hiroshima that's looking pretty likely now, there will be a massive contingent in the party with blazing hot red-hot pokers ready to ram up his ass if he tries to bilk them for money. They'll want to fuck him over -- bigly.

That tweet is responding to an imaginary article. (TM Whitman)

Your ability to believe a single sentence tweet rather than read the article yourself never fails to surprise me.

It shouldn't surprise anybody at this point given how often YF pulls that stunt. Perhaps he did read the article, but misunderstood it. Or perhaps he knew the truth, but decided to post the lie and hope nobody would click the link and find out for themselves.

You know the POTUS race is over when people start posting things about alleged misdeeds of candidates in other races.

Clinton at 82 cents (each share pays a dollar if she wins) on PredictIt is a huge bargain. This thing really is over.

Yes, if her lead was at the absolutely smallest of the current range of estimates, it would be within range of some of the largest polling errors recorded.

But those tend to occur when there is less polling, and I'm not sure any event is as thoroughly polled as the US election. Plus, we have a relatively new tool for checking in advance: early voting. Early voting is telling us the same story as the polls: Pockets of slight Trump strength in Ohio and Iowa but doing worse than Romney or McCain everywhere else.

I think a lot of pundits are underplaying just how far on Trump's side of the field the fighting is happening in this election.

If he outperforms his current polling by five points, you can give him Iowa, Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, Nevada and a Maine CD. He still loses:

Once Colorado and Virginia were taken off the board early, that pretty much sealed it.
