You might have created a "Tebow ... Hall of Fame?" thread instead.

How much do you think Norby Williamson, Jamie Horowitz and/or Skip Bayless personally paid that St. Louis farmhand to groove him one?

Possibly No. 1 on my list of column ideas I didn't dare write is "Why I, as a Christian, think Tim Tebow sucks." Tim Tebow is the poster child for the right-wing Americhristian subculture and related persecution complex, the folks that prefer Fireproof to Schindler's List because the latter has nudity or Facing the Giants to The Godfather because there's violence and swear words. And that would have been perfectly fine for him to mind his own business until ESPN realized that because of that subculture, they could get a great number even if they just showed Tebow smiling and reading the phonebook. Tebow's playing along as well. He's a great athlete and could probably hack it as a running back or tight end or something, but only wants to be a quarterback for the "platform."

There are literally thousands of people that believe Tim Tebow was run out of the NFL for being a Christian and not because, as Matt Taibbi memorably described it, "His throwing motion looks like a moose fucking a washing machine." And that irritates me.

Gotta love Taibbi's way with words.

He's not as good as some lunatics think, he wasn't run out. But he isn't as bad as some jerkoffs claim either. He was a star in college and had some early success in the NFL. He doesn't see himself as a guy to hold the clipboard or play on the practice squad.

He's an all time bad NFL QB who won some games because of his defense.

Blaine Gabbert career 71.6 QB rating is starting for a team. He must be an all-time bad NFL QB.
Tebow not a good starting QB at all, but could be a backup or 3rd QB. So the lunatics who think he
was run out of the league are wrong. And so are those who think he is worse than all the backup QBs
    in the league.
