    Also kind of insane with that many hits his career OBP is .357.

    Not really. He chose the opportunity for hits while sacrificing walks. Check out Ted Williams and Wade Boggs. Both better hitters. One wasn't close to 3000 and the other just got over.

    Check out Chase Utley higher career OBP than Ichiro.

    This website still hasn't unfucked itself, it seems, so to Steak's Twitter post above, I can't see why either team would do that deal.

    What does Utley have to with it? He has 3000 fewer PA"s.

    Batters with lots of hits and not stunning OBP"s are common.
