Fisher can get back to Barnes' baby mama now. Right where the thread started.

    Austin Rivers is available.

Kobe can retire at the All Star game and then coach the Knicks

Derek Fisher fired. Rambis, Brian Shaw, or Luke Walton are the names being mentioned.

What's with the Laker coaching tree being so prolific? Not many have done anything worth squat.

Remember, that was supposed to be Steve Kerr's job. Why didn't he want it, I wonder?

Luke Walton can do better than that.

    Melo: Coach Killer?
Knicks were playing better than most expected. Shocked that Phil needed to exercise control

Its not over but the W's have proven they, at least to this point, are superior to every challenger out there. They are undefeated vs. Spurs, Cavs, Thunder and avg. margin of victory over them is 16 I believe. The Thunder showed they have some ability, and it was at home for the W's, but the contrast between the two was evident in the last 4 mins; the W's continued to run their offense, with Curry giving up the ball within the framework of the O; meanwhile the Thunder played hero ball; Durant with the handoff, dribble, dribble, contested 3 pter from 25; Westbrook with the bullheaded drive into traffic, same ole Thunder.

Speculation seems to be Jackson wants a coach who'll run the triangle offense, which points to Walton or Rambis. But does Walton leave mid-season for a train wreck like the Knicks?

Does Walton, who has seen what not running the triangle can do, really want to be shoehorned into that offense? Answer may be yes because it's a coaching gig, but Walton could have his pick of jobs after this season and may not want to settle.

OF the jobs available next season, the Knicks may be the best opportunity.
