Got to see Axl many times at ECW house shows. Always gave it 100 pct no matter how bad he was beat up from previous shows.

    Rest in power, Axl.

  3. I don't think the Wrestelmania card is going to be all that stacked this year. Roman vs HHH? For the biggest attendance? They're gonna need more than that for Dallas Cowboy Stadium.

AJ Styles did Jericho's podcast, and I think he inadvertently shed light on why the managment (Vince) doesn't believe the wrestlers are trying hard enough for the "brass ring."

Styles said the locker room atmosphere is one in which guys are not worried that he was brought in to be hotshotted and take their spot.

Even Jericho said that a relaxed locker room attitude like that did not exist 10 to 15 years ago.

Yeah, but the locker room of 10 years ago had JBL, Bob Holly and another guy whose name escapes us at the moment who treated some of the others, rightly or wrongly, like absolute shit for the slightest gaffe.

Apparently, Bryan is appearing at Raw tonight in Seattle. There's a lot of web chatter lately over what he's there for. Most intriguingly, Meltzer's reported thst he had tried to give notice to get out of his contract, but the E wouldn't let him.

    Observer from Feb. 8:

    - The plan for Mania is Cena vs. Taker, if Cena can heal in time. Otherwise, who knows? Strowman, Owens, Rusev and Sheamus would all be in the mix.

    - Nakamura finished up in Japan, and he’ll be debuting on NXT soon. He’s on the card for the April show, and his presence caused tickets to skyrocket to $400 on the secondary market.

    - Sheamus has tendinitis in his arm, diagnosed after the Jan. 25 Raw. He’s not expected to miss much time. Del Rio was hurt taking a suplex from Lesnar in the Rumble, but he was working by Feb. 2.

    - Awesome Kong was sent home by TNA, after she and Rebecca Hardy allegedly got into a fight in the dressing room. Kong has been a problem backstage on-and-off for a couple years now.

    - The third season of Lucha Underground has been announced, with it piggybacking on the second in terms of production, to save on costs. It won’t air until 2017, after a six month break. Lucha Underground met with Triple H in December, but it’s unknown what the talks were about.

    - Konnan is now just an agent for AAA; booking is being done by others.

    - Sunny’s porn, Sunny Side Up, was released this week. The advertising mentions that she is a WWE Hall of Fame member.

    - Jay Lethal, Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly have signed one-year extensions with ROH. Kenny Omega will also be brought in as part of the New Japan talent exchange. Michael Elgin is on a “per date” deal.

    - Tye Dillinger likely blew out his knew in a house show match on Jan. 30. No timetable for his return.

    - Hogan might be back with the company by Mania weekend. Bookers have noted that he’s offering appearances in Dallas at 1/10 his normal rate, as if he was going to be in the city that weekend anyway.

There was nothing on him in the latest Observer, but in several past ones, Meltzer said that Bryan wanted to wrestle New Japan if WWE refused to medically clear him.

Finn Balor injured doing his stupid finishing move? Yeah, I could never see that coming.

From the clip I -- err, a friend of mine saw-- she apparently wears the HOF ring while doing stuff. Can't imagine Vince and HHH are pumped about that.
