What difference does the rate of abortions matter if there 's nothing wrong with them? Why try to limit a good thing?

I also always wonder why opponents agree to a rape exception.

Just because someone would prefer to hold their nose while a doctor perform the procedure instead of a coat hanger doesn't mean that said person believes that there is "nothing wrong" with it. Just cease that stupidity, OK?

Many opponents like to play the "you already have a right to choose (to abstain, to use contraception, etc.) --- you just made bad choices, so deal with it" card. Can't play that scolding card with rape victims, since people generally don't choose to get raped.

Give an example of your abortion limits. After two you tie the woman's tubes?

I'm pretty mainstream. Shouldn't be allowed after, say, the 16th week. Should be some sort of a cooling off period between the request and the event. Shouldn't be publicly funded.

    Why a cooling off period?

It's already there for abortion. So, you ready to bring gun control to a similar level?

But if it's a life, then what difference does it make that it was conceived that way?

It doesn't to some. It does to others.

Thou shalt not kill. But there are all kinds of justifiable homicides, and not everyone is going to be in lockstep on exactly what they are.

Chicago didn't come anywhere close to 1,806 homicides in 2012. Maybe 1/4 of that.

Tell me some of the "justifiable homicides," as there are "all kinds."
