    I wish I could be. It's a terrible feeling to start to feel sick when you just want to get into what you're watching. I don't get motion sickness in cars or on boats or planes. Just in the movies.

    I didn't like Birdman. I guess I generally dislike actors portraying actors. It comes off as self-indulgent to me. Also just couldn't buy into the surreal stuff in the final third of the movie.

    My favorite part was the use of the drum solos and I thought Keaton and Norton were very good.

    On the other hand, I thoroughly enjoyed Nightcrawler. It was the best I've seen from Jake Gyllenhaal and Rene Russo did a nice job, as well.

    Really want to see Nightcrawler. Reading reviews, it sounds like Patrick Bateman: Journalism edition.

    Caught "Lone Survivor" on HBO the other night. Brutal and gory, which was exactly the point I'm sure.

    War is hell indeed.

  12. Snowpiercer is available to stream Netflix. Hoping to catch it this weekend.
