    "Oh, I don't think we need to hear any more testimony."

    In 40 years, we've never seen another horse like Secretariat. And probably never will.

    Who's to say that was a mistake? Any other ruling other than "no" smacks of favoritism and doing it for all the extra dough the track will pull in, and heaven knows nothing in sports happens just because of money.

    If no horse in New York has run with a nasal strip this year, then there's no reason to change that now.
