    Since the only stupid question is the one not asked (I don't really believe it, but it is a handy crutch here) ... The Chicago Tribune has a Redskins beat writer?

    Can they just file ahead of time some "they lost again" stories and "boy, they reached for that draft pick" stories?

    The Bullets (yes, I like that mascot much more than the Hufflepuffs) are sort of like a poor-man's Bucks, but instead of consistently winning 40-45 games each season, they win 20-25 games each season.

    And, yes, I do wish they were decent.
