Exeunt is the proper stage direction.
    And government is the bear.

Clarence Thomas broke his almost seven-year silence at oral argument today...

...by making a joke about Yale Law.

Per Adam Liptak on Twitter. No word on what the joke was. Good to see Clarence making his usual contribution.

Francis Fukuyama's "The Origins of Political Order: From Prehuman Times to the French Revolution" is just $9.99 for the Kindle edition.

Yale degree could mean lawyer is incompetent, not competent, capital trial counsel.

Exeunt is certainly correct at the end of a play to get all the characters off stage.

[Exit, pursued by a bear] is a specific instruction to a single character, Antigonus, at line 1552 in Act III, scene iii of A Winter's Tale.

So, what's the over/under on the date the first Chinese built Jeep is imported into America -- and Mitt Romney is vindicated?

    Bad choice.

How do we ever decide you've won the bet?
