    Team A beats Team B 31-17.

When I was young and full of puns, the high school football team I covered beat a heavily-favored team to make it the State championship. The other school called it's teams the Saints.

So my headline was 'Sain't no stopping 'em'

You may commence with the groaning and the tomato throwing :D

I tried to convince our desk guy to make it "Pulling up lame." He replied that the folo should be "Colts feeling glue."
Sadly, neither made it to print.

Yikes. Anyone notice that the cutline on the cover of the Times-Picayune (at least, the one on the Newseum web site) reads,

I know the name of the town changes as much as the name of the stadium, but Fort Lauderdale isn't close.

    We went with Bayou Brees.

Considering the photo we had as main art was of Porter running into the end zone with the game-clinching score, I would've voted for "Marching in," or a derivative thereof.

Well, it's close but it's definitely not in Fort Lauderdale. The correct dateline is Miami.
