The Cleveland Show

I did like the Cleveland Show reference on Family Guy tonight.

 

That was HILARIOUS.

Not as funny, though, as Quagmire discovering Internet porn and then displaying his much bigger right arm.

 

Dammit. I miss Hank.

 

KOTH was one of the best written shows on televison. It actually took a little thought to put those episodes together and the characters were relatable, unlike Family Guy, which is funny but is just 30 minutes of crude jokes and ripoffs of other people's creativity. As for the Cleveland Show, the pilot didn't do much for me, and I couldn't get past the first five minutes of the latest episode.

 

And yet, maybe TV networks are run like newspapers.

Good show? Fuck it. Let's get this garbage some prime time!

 

Along similar lines, I thought it was about Scissorhands Edwards

 

That's nice, but I haven't gone anywhere.

 

See what the hell happens? You throw Hank Hill into the unemployment line, he goes and joins some astrology cult in his depression. Sonofabitch. Get the show back on. We must save him.

 

KOTH sucks and always has sucked. That's my taste, obviously.

Cleveland Show week two was better than the pilot. My favorite part of this past Sunday was the Men's Warehouse bit with Cleveland imitating the deep-voiced guy with his slow, drunken style. I won't be upset if I miss this every week.

I couldn't believe how lame that episode was. Came prepared to like it, really, really didn't.

 

second episode better than first, but still kinda blah. I will keep watching to see what happens. I hated American Dad at first, but kept watching because it was just on that night and now kind of enjoy it
