What if we mounted a Twitter campaign full of peer pressure?

 

Lately I've had a flurry of friend requests from people that went to my high school. Don't they realize that if I cared about what any of them have been up to these past 21 years I would have gone to the frikkin' reunion last year?

 

I got a couple of those in the past month or two. I'm thinking "we weren't friends in high school and barely spoke back then, but yet you want to be friends now?"

 

I got Lucas, too.

I am not friends with anyone on here. My guess is this site is selling our names for money. Bastards.

my facebook rule is to never accept friend recommendations.

That happened to me a couple of times and I don't remember exactly how I did this, but I now have it set so that people can't search for me and ask to friend me.

 

i had a weird thing where facebook recommended to me a person with the same exact name as an ex-girlfriend (with whom i still keep in occasional contact) but it was not her. so it got me wondering how facebook would know i knew someone with that name but picked the wrong person.
