If I can make the brewery tour, it definitely will be.

That sounds like a great trip, except for the fact that you have to watch the Royals.

They sell it at Kauffman. I stuck with Boulevard Wheat the two Royals games I went to.

Gates is way overrated. Repeat, overrated. Smells great outside, but that's it. Try Jack Stack Barbeque.

    You're welcome.

Sorry, IJAG, I linked him to a place that has $1.25 PBRs on Sunday. So I doubt if he drinks anything but those.

Besides, any beer that requires an addition of fruit is not worthy of being consumed by man!!!

If you're a history buff, the Truman Museum is also worth the trip.

Yeah, but Royals Stadium is a gorgeous place to watch a game -- or at least it was the two times I've been there, but that was back when Brett was active and there was something decent to watch.

There are few beers better than Boulevard Wheat, and no fruit is required. It's great straight outta the bottle, and this is coming from someone who likes mostly fruity drinks.

I've got tickets out in the left field bleachers. I love watching games from outfield seats, regardless of the stadium. Plus, didn't they just renovate the place?

Kauffman Stadium is beautiful, plus they just finished renovations this offseason. Biggest high-def TV in the world (before Dallas opens their beast this fall).

Great, I can watch gigantic White Sox players strike out 12 times. :D

    A) $1.25 PBRs at a flea market won't help him at all inside Kauffman.

    B) As Diabeetus said, it's not like they put fruit in the bottle. It's good. Period.
