    Thank you, Cubs.

    Let's go Twins!

It's getting worse. 8-0 now. Glaus hit a slam.

Guess I don't have to ground you after all for your earlier comment.

The Cardinals are making you suffer enough. ;)

Gabe Gross got a pinch-hit single with the bases loaded, knocking in two runs in the bottom of the ninth Saturday to boost the St. Petersburg Pelicans past the Houston Astros 4-3. :D

Rays pinch his the first four batters of the inning. Floyd and Hinske each singled, then Navarro got hit before Gross knocked them in.

This team is pretty amazing. I believe that's their 24th win after having trailed at some point of the game.

The Twins finally get to and chase Micah Owings in the seventh, and take a 4-1 lead.

Looking for their fifth in a row.

Guillen homers, Meche is solid, the Mexicutioner mex-icuted.

Can Lincecum slow down KC's torrid tear through the NL. Well, yes. But I hope he goes all Dice-K on it.

I hate baseball. It's looking more and more like a Cubs-Rays WS is a strong possibility. I need to get to work on that list of things to do before the world ends.

The Braves have won a 1-run game.

Of course, it won't happen again until July, but still ... Braves fans are looking for any sign of good luck.

I'm all for anyone who can break the Sox-Yanks stranglehold on the AL East, but there's no way the Rays can make it all the way to the Series. I'd love to see it, though, just to stand the game on its ear.

    Why can't they?
