Lovely season the O's have had. Gave up the modern-day record 30 runs to the Rangers. No-hit by a rookie in his second MLB start.

    Whatever, Mert.

Looks like you're in a better mood tonight, eh?

And, by the way, Milwaukee and Texas.

yeah, dmc, I think it was pretty clear that mike was saying, essentially, "If you knew an ML team got no-hit tonight, and then I told you it was the Orioles, would you be surprised?"

Rydell, taking swipes? Really? The fuck is your problem? I know it sucks to be wrong about the relative importance of a no-hitter twice in one season, but maybe you should pull the Victoria's Secret out of your ass and chill out.

I would assume this is the quickest any player has ever gotten one?

    No problem, Mert.

I was just referring to how much of a fucktard an assclown you looked like in the room last night, in full view for everyone else's entertainment.

So I guess you found some panties that fit better today, eh?

No. Bobo Holloman got one in his first start (Browns, 1953) and Wilson Alvarez also got one in his second start (White Sox, 1991.)

    Plus, the aforementioned Ted Breitenstein.

I don't give a shit that this guy's a Red Sox: a no-hitter is a no-hitter, and it's a damn fine accomplishment. Congrats to Clay. Not only was this his second big-league start, HE'S ONLY BEEN PITCHING FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS!

It's a good thing I double-checked before I went back and researched the list.

Give it time. It'll go away.
