    Description:

We are seeking motivated individual who likes, enjoys, and appreciates high school and other local sports and can turn that passion into good words and pictures. We have a small staff and successful applicant will gain valuable experience. Job responsibilities and opportunities in sports include local coverage and contact with coaches from several area high schools, photography, and daily page layout and design. The Northern Wyoming Daily News publishes five days per week. We enjoy a rural setting. If you want and need the hustle and bustle of the big city please don’t apply for this job. Come to Worland prepared to enjoy all four seasons, ranging from hot summers to cold winters. This is not the right place for everyone, but some of us like it that way. The right candidate understands. We are proud of our local schools, the coverage we give them, and life is comfortable. Send resume and work samples to Lee Lockhart, Box 508, Worland, Wyoming 82401, ATTN: Sports. Or send electronically to leel@wyodaily.com with the word " job " in the subject line. We are looking to fill the position once we find the right candidate. Please include a wage history.
