    The Panama City News Herald, located along the World's Most Beautiful Beaches, is accepting applications for a sports page designer at a regional hub operation that designs and edits pages for two dailies and eight weeklies. In addition to copy editing and design skills, applicants should have a strong knowledge of and interest in national and local sports. If you are a hard-working wordsmith who also knows your way around InDesign and Photoshop, we're interested in hearing from you. If you join us, you'll get to make an immediate impact with a great staff in a gorgeous place.

    Job requirements:

    - Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office

    - Ability to design pages that are clean, attractive and informative

    - Proficiency in editing and headline writing

    - A strong knowledge of sports and news judgment

    - Availability on nights and weekends

    - Flexibility to work on news sections as needed
