Stay home, watch on TV. Cheaper, less travel time, beer is colder and cheaper, bathrooms cleaner (well, you'd hope), food is cheaper. All kinds of advantages.

Oh more advantages than that. You don't get stuck holding the bag on two useless preseason tickets you're forced to pay for and five night games this season that no one wants, because who wants to be out late and need a year to get out of the parking lot, just to get home at 2 a.m. when they have work the next day? Then, if your home is one of the new-fangled ones with heat, you don't have to sit outside in 10 degree weather for a bunch of games, freezing your butt off and not really being able to see the action as well as you'd like. And best of all, when you're home, you don't have to deal with a bunch of drunks and/or annoying Jets fans.

And one stop on the 1, 2 or 3 train takes 10 minutes?

To be fair, though, figuring out the difference between there, their and they're also makes your hair hurt.

But Jets fans can't see women show their wares at Gate D.
