    Wild Miami street brawl involving Tampa Bay first-round draft pick Mike Evans:

    TMZ first reported the incident took place Saturday night (when the Bucs played the Dolphins at home, not in Miami), but Evans' agent told the Tampa Bay Times it was from March. I guess the distinction is that he wouldn't be subject to the personal conduct policy for something that took place before the draft.
