    Soundgarden.

Can Jack White go in by himself and leave Meg behind?

Zevon should be in. I agree on Jack White. He was pretty influential working with a lot of different artists but the White Stripes were fairly short lived. Rage doesn't have enough of a catalog. I really go back and forth on Soundgarden. I think they have just enough of a catalog to push them over the edge.

In my mind, the founding and definitive bands of each genre of music should be shoo-ins. And, for grunge, it’s Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and Alice In Chains.

    I can get behind that.

    Then again, where's Cannibal Corpse?

Zevon was the musical underbelly of Hank Moody and Californication.

This is actually a really, really solid list.

For the first time in years, there isn't a "GTFO" to be found on the list. They're all worth considering.

I'm not well-acquainted with Joy Division/New Order, but I can't say I'd be taken aback by any of those nominees entering the HofF.

I thought the Spinners were already in.
