    Only if he actually tries to vote. I moved three years ago and am still technically registered in my old state.

    Not unless he votes in both states. It does make the story about his home being Texas that much more valid though.

    The guy who discovered it says that you have to pay the Texas Sec of State for a voter list to find out if he voted there, and he did not spend that money. I imagine someone will be doing that very soon.

    Senate voted to cram down contract agreement on four rail unions, so no strike.

    The beatings will continue until morale improves.
