He also has been staging a hunger strike.

FACT: He's been on a hunger strike for more than a week (ostensibly to protest prison conditions).

Hardly. He’s on a hunger strike precisely to protest the conditions that are killing him, not the other way around. Since you knew this when you made your typical whataboutism post, clearly your motivation was to defend the dictator who put him there.
