They're terrible. Watched some of them over the weekend vs. the Indians and now while waiting for the Indians.

Play-by-play guy sounds like he wants to talk about current baseball. He's saddled with Kirk Gibson, who sounds like he's muttering to himself on the porch. Gibson was disagnosed with Parkinson's a few years ago, so maybe that is playing into this. But he adds nothing to this broadcast.

Exactly. The game was more enjoyable to watch years ago but why would teams play that way now?

Gibson was old in 1988 and that was 33 years ago.

Kruk: "We're in the middle of a pandemic and people are complaining we have to face DeGrom in the first game of a series. Who gives a crap?"

    PBP guy, chuckling: "It's true."

I know the governor said he was going to push hard for it. It's been 23 years. Surprised they wouldn't go to Dodger Stadium after it lost out on last year's game.

Dodger Stadium is hosting next year's game. They decided to keep them on that timetable.

And they didn't want the game in California two straight seasons, so San Francisco, Oakland, Anaheim and San Diego were not considered.

Missed that, thanks. Should have looked it up before posting.
