The guy who beat up the Asian woman in NYC has been caught. He murdered his own mother and was out on parole. Nice.

Elliot was convicted of stabbing his mother to death in the Bronx in 2002, when he was 19, online court records show. He was released from prison in 2019 and is on lifetime parole.

There are certain things that should be absolute.

If you murder your mom, you don’t get parole. Period. Not even a discussion.

Yeah, crimes against the elderly are the worst, no matter if/what racial or other factors may or may not come into play.

It is attacking the weakest, most vulnerable, and makes the perpetrator as un-redeemable and cowardly as someone could be.

As time goes by and/or God willing, we're ALL going to get there.

Lock this guy up with a 6'5 black cellmate nicknamed Thunder Dick.

DETROIT – Nine months after a Black teenager had his teeth smashed out at a Michigan beach, the man who pummeled his face with a bike chain admitted in federal court that his actions were about hate, attacking the teen because of his race.
Lee Mouat, 43, of Newport, Michigan, faces up to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty Tuesday to willfully causing bodily injury to an 18-year-old because of the teen's race. He entered his plea before U.S. District Judge Stephen J. Murphy, III.
The incident happened at Sterling State Park in Monroe, where Mouat confronted a group of Black teenagers, including the victim, Devin Freelon Jr., 18.
Court records show that before Mouat pulled out the bike chain, he told Freelon that Blacks weren't welcome at the beach and that Black lives don't matter.

And not after only 17 years. WTF is wrong with a system that thinks parole is punishment for a violent crime.

You mean apart from trying to paint a witness as an angry Black man?

(In fairness, I've not tuned into the trail, so I have no idea if he's actually doing anything of actual substance rather than dog whistles)

He's throwing out everything he can in search of that one vote to hang the jury.
